This is a letter that gave me strength,hope and joy.
I received this letter 9 yrs ago on my 18th birthday. September 11,2002, see I survived 9/11 being that on September 11,2001 i was suppose to report to my internship across the street of the world trade before going to school. But because it was my 17th birthday i decide to go to school first ( which is only 5 blks away) and see my friends.Which wasn't like me to decide, I would have reported first. But an inner voice told me not too. I'm running late, I end up taking a cab with my grandmother to make it on time. I decided in my mind to go to my internship after school. When 20 mins later the worse nightmare occurred. Is something I will never forget, what my eyes saw, what i felt. The thought of not making it alive. The thought that my grandmother was there because she told me she would be going to the mall on the ground level of the world trade. (thank god she didn't, she decided to go back home) The thought of not knowing where all my families were. Horrible, the running, the crying. The being in a state of shock for a month. A year later I decide not to celebrate my birthday. First year of college, class end early. I'm sitting outside asking myself all day why me! Why did I survive and not all those people........I was feeling really awful. I come home and my grandmother who cant read tells me someone gave me these papers, i took it for you. I found it weird because she doesn't take any paper that is given out in the street, and if she does she throws it in the garbage immediately. So I go threw these papers, they are all advertisement, until I reach this last paper. It was this amazing letter from my father. As i started to read my tears just came running down my cheeks............ I knew that he was always with me, since the day I was born but that day I knew he was standing next to me hugging me. See My life hasn't been easy at all. Ive had terrible parents, So much more but he has always blessed me. Reading this letter was the most amazing gift ever!!!!!! THE BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER! I cherished that letter, but one day it was misplaced I was devastated!!! I checked everywhere, even on line and no luck. Now today 6 days before my birthday that letter comes to mind and that voice again tells me "go on line and just do a search a letter from god".... I find it here and not only that but a video! THANK YOU SO MUCH! This yr has been a hard yr for me as well, and yet again he comes to my rescue! made me cry tears of joy!!

I had just watched fathers love letter changed my life how my earth dad never spent time with me growing up watching the dvd changed me i know that i have a hevenley dad and it is god his son jesus christ

This is so beautiful. Someone sent it to me in an email and it meant so much to me. It made me feel loved more by my Heavenly Father and closer to Him through Jesus and The Holy Spirit. I could feel His Presence envelope and surround me. Whoe ever narates it has a magnificent voice. Thanks.

The first time I read the FLL, it touched me. I have heard before that the Bible is God's love letter to humanity, but to see it in a form like this makes it so much different. Thank you so much for making the letter!

My husband and I just returned from leading a mission trip to Costa Rica. Part of our ministry there involved Bible distribution. We put a Spanish FLL in 250 Bibles and went house to house in a remote village where most of the homes did not have a Bible. We also distributed them in the city of Nicoya. We found that the FLL was a great introduction to the heart of the Bibles that we were passing out. We also passed out children's devotionals at the same time. We were met with gratitude and appreciation in most of the homes. There were at least two salvations that I know of. We are continuing to pray for the seeds that were sown. We believe that FLL will penetrate the hearts and lives of many.

This video really touched me the fist time I saw it. Now I look at it over and over again just as a reminder to my self of how much god loves me and all of us. It has been a blessing to me many times when I feel down .Thank you very much for making and writing this letter/ Video. God bless you !

I leave these letters everywhere in our city and hope that someone will be touched by this. Can't wait to see in heaven if we have won anyone to Christ.
